What it does
Brokerage, in the old sense.
A broker's job is to make both sides better off than they'd be negotiating alone: the brand gets creators matched to what it sells and a price built from what those channels actually reach; the creator gets a vetted offer, clean paperwork and terms that don't outlive the deal.
Sourcing, negotiation, contracts, invoicing and reporting are all handled by the same person, start to finish — so accountability never has anywhere to hide.
Standards
The rules are in writing.
Every deal carries the same protections: draft approval before anything publishes, a tracked link and unique promo code as standard, and ad disclosure to the standards of the campaign's market — the ASA's rules in the UK, the FTC's in the US, the local equivalent elsewhere.
None of that is a promise you have to take on trust: it's in the standard terms every campaign runs on.
